退換貨與退款政策 / Return & Refund Policy

1. 退換貨條件 / Eligibility
自簽收後 5天內 可申請退換貨，但須符合以下條件：
• 商品須為全新未拆封（含封膜、封條、防偽卡片及配件）。
• 非特定排除商品（詳見第2條）。

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery if:• The item is brand new and unopened (including any original shrink wrap, seals, authenticity card(s), if provided, and all accessories).• The item is not on the exclusion list (see Section 2).

2. 不可退換商品 / Non-Returnable Items
基於產品活性考量，以下商品售出後恕不退換：
• ASCE+ SRLV 系列 / ASCE+ HRLV 系列
Due to product potency and stability, ASCE+ SRLV and HRLV series are non-returnable.

3. 費用負擔 / Fees & Shipping
若因個人因素退換貨：
• 客戶需負擔退回運費。
• 退款將扣除發貨時的實際國際運費成本。
For returns due to personal reasons: Customer pays return shipping; Original international shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

4. 瑕疵處理 / Defective Items
若收到的商品有誤、嚴重毀損或明顯瑕疵，請於 3天內 聯繫我們。
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 3 days.

5. 申請方式 / How to Apply
請透過電子郵件聯絡並附上影像佐證。退款將於 10 個工作天內退回原付款方式。
Contact us via email with photo/video evidence. Refunds processed within 10 business days.

* 商品一經拆封，除品質瑕疵外，恕不辦理退換貨。本店保留最終決定權。
* Items once opened are non-returnable except for quality defects. All rights reserved.
